Please be advised that due to waist beads being an intimate item, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, except under certain circumstances as listed below.

Defective or Damaged Items:Â In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid provide a refund or replacement.

Shipping Errors:Â If there is an error in shipment of your order (e.g., wrong item sent or missing item), please contact us promptly. We will do our diligence, and get the order corrected ASAP.
